Our services include, but are not limited to, land inspection, project report preparation, infrastructure development, plantation installation, and ongoing maintenance and marketing guidance. 

• No Guarantees: All recommendations, advice, and project reports are based on our comprehensive experience and knowledge. However, agriculture is inherently susceptible to external factors beyond our control, such as weather patterns, market fluctuations, and pest or disease outbreaks. Therefore, SANF does not guarantee any specific outcomes, yields, or profitability. The ultimate decisions regarding the implementation of our recommendations lie with you, the client. 
• Website Content: The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal service agreement. A client relationship is only established upon the mutual execution of a formal service agreement.

3. Fees and Cancellation Policy Our service fees are customized based on several factors, including the scope of the project, crop type, farm size, location, and the specific level of service required. 

• You will receive a detailed proposal outlining the specific services and associated fees before any work commences.
  
• Payment and cancellation terms for our services will be detailed in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payment is typically due within 7 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest.
  

4. Intellectual Property SANF owns all rights in and to its intellectual property. This includes any project reports, guides, methodologies, software, source code, artwork, graphics, images, text, video, audio, or other information and content on our website. This content is protected by the copyright and other intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.

No SANF content, including our logo and the tagline "Serve Nature - Save Farmers", may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, distributed, shared, or used for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of SANF.
